Trümmelbach Falls: A Journey into the Heart of the Swiss Alps

Trümmelbach Falls ⭐⭐is the only glacier-waterfalls in Europe that are located inside a mountain and still easily accessible.

The waters of Trümmelbach Falls originate from the glaciers located high up on the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains. The water from these glaciers melts and flows down through a series of underground streams and cracks in the rock before eventually reaching the falls.

Experience the Thundering Power of Trümmelbach Falls

On June 10, 2023, we took an elevator up to the falls.  Upon reaching the top, we ventured into the depths of the mountain, traversing a series of tunnels that seemed to transport us back in time.

As we delved further into the mountain's depths, the thunderous roar of cascading water filled the air, growing louder with each turn. The darkness was pierced by shafts of light that illuminated the raw beauty of the falls, revealing a mesmerizing spectacle of water cascading down a series of subterranean caves and gorges.

The power of nature was on full display, as the water, fed by the melting glaciers above, plunged down with unrestrained force, creating a symphony of sound and movement that echoed through the tunnels. The sheer power of the falls, combined with the eerie beauty of the subterranean setting, left us speechless.
