Switzerland Travel―Visiting Bären Park in Bern

It is situated at the eastern edge of the old city of Bern, next to the Nydeggbrücke and the River Aare . Video 1.   Switzerland Travel―Visiting Baren Park in Bern (YouTube  link ) Photo Gallery On 07/04/2019 and 07/05/2019, we visited Baren Park twice.  Once in the afternoon and once in the earlier morning.  However, there were no signs of any bear probably because the weather is too hot and bears were hiding in the cave or somewhere.  But, the surroundings of the park are very beautiful and worthy of a visit.   25 Most Beautiful Medieval Towns of Europe (YouTube  link ) References Switzerland Travel―Visiting Bären Park in Bern   Switzerland Travel―Visiting Mürren Flower Trail   Switzerland Travel―Visiting Lion Monument and Glacier Garden of Lucerne   Switzerland Travel―Visit...

This church was one of the few built north of the Alps during the  Thirty Years War  and one of the largest art-historically rich churches of the German late Renaissance period. Photo Gallery Luzerne sweltered under an uncharacteristic 90°F on June 28, 2019.  Seeking refuge from the heat, we ducked into the cool, serene  Church of St. Leodegar .  The majestic sanctuary provided a welcome respite and a peaceful interlude in our Luzerne explorations.
