Eggishorn ⭐⭐is a popular tourist destination in Switzerland for a reason. It offers stunning views of the Aletsch Glacier, which is the largest glacier in the Alps and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The glacier is over 23 kilometers long and up to one kilometer wide, and it's a truly awe-inspiring sight to see.
In addition to the glacier, Eggishorn also offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including the Matterhorn and the Eiger. There are also a number of hiking trails and other activities to enjoy in the area.

To get to the Eggishorn, you can take a cable car from Fiesch. The cable car ride takes about 10 minutes, and once you reach the top, you will have stunning views of the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau, and Matterhorn.
On October 2, 2023, we boarded the cable car at Fiesch, a transit station, and ascended to the Eggishorn to marvel at the majestic Alps.
