Thun
Thun is northwest of Interlaken on the shores of Lake Thun (aka Thunersee). Thun has a small old town near the river, with the castle and some pedestrian-only shopping areas. Lake cruises leave from Thun, doing circular tours or one-way transport to other towns.

Maybe Thun is less known than Lucerne. But, don't skip this beautiful town if you do have extra time in Switzerland. As one hiker has recommended on my hike from Männlichen to Kleine Scheidegg, we have decided to give it a try. Below photos were taken during our visit of Thun from Interlaken on 07/03/2019:
Interlaken → (Train Ride) → Thun → (Boat Ride) → Interlaken
