Staubbach Falls: Unveiling the Majesty of Switzerland's Freefalling Wonder

Staubbach Falls (10/06/2023; YouTube link)

Staubbach Waterfall

With a height of nearly 300 meters, Staubbach Falls ⭐is the third highest waterfall in Switzerland. In the summer warm winds swirl the waters around so that the Falls spray in all directions. These droplets of water spray gave the brook and the waterfall its name. (Staub = dust).

Reaching Staubbach Falls from Lauterbrunnen train station is a breeze. It's an easy 10-minute walk through the charming town. On a scorching July 2nd, 2019, I embarked on this scenic journey, following this route:
Lauterbrunnen → Staubbach Falls → Camping Breithorn →  (along the creek) → Lauterbrunnen
