A Glimpse into Hakodate Park: Beauty in Bloom and Illumination
A Three-tiered Panorama: Fountains, Illuminated Trees, and Observatory Views Hakodate Park is a big park in Western style, located in Hakodate, Hokkaido, Japan. Opened in 1879, it's known for its beauty and registered as a protected scenic spot. The park has the Hakodate City Museum , a small zoo, a children's amusement park, and is popular for seeing cherry blossoms in spring. Photo Gallery Hakodate Park's easy access from Hakodate Station made it a frequent destination during my visit, drawing me in three times between April 20th and 22nd. One evening, I ventured into the park after reading about its beautiful illuminations. It was a magical sight.
