Kaleiçi: Antalya's Labyrinth of History and Charm

The name  Kaleiçi  translates to “Inside the Kale” or “Inner Kale,” with Kale itself meaning “castle” or “fortress.” According to the TÜİK Institute of Statistics, as of October 2022, approximately 120,000 foreigners reside in the city . Kaleiçi, with its narrow-cobbled streets and historic Ottoman-era houses, is the old center of Antalya.
