- Tickets are valid for two days. Each Castle building can be entered with a valid entrance ticket only once.
- Tickets for exhibitions are only sold at the exhibition venue. Tickets for concerts are sold at the box office of the Information Centre in the 2nd Courtyard.

- Second courtyard of Prague Castle is the starting point which is also the entry to the castle.
- The best way get to the Second courtyard of Prague Castle is take a short walk from tram stop Pražský Hrad (tram stop Prague Castle), which is the shorter and easiest way get into the Prague Castle as well (See Figure 3).

- Two ticket offices in the Golden Lane.

- Tickets are valid for two days. Each Castle building can be entered with a valid entrance ticket only once
