Nestled on a hillside overlooking Lake Lugano , the park was the creation of Hermann Arthur Scherrer , a passionate traveler and art lover. The Lütschine River, a ribbon of crystal-clear water, snakes its way through the valley, its gurgling melody blending with the gentle roar of the waterfall.
