Amalfi Cathedral: A Jewel of the Amalfi Coast

Amalfi town ⭐⭐is known for its colorful houses, its charming streets, and its stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. There are many things to see and do in Amalfi town, including:

  1. Visiting the Duomo di Amalfi, a beautiful cathedral that was built in the 11th century. 
  2. Taking a walk along the Via Lorenzo D'Amalfi, the main street in Amalfi town. The street is lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes. 
  3. Visiting the Chiostro del Paradiso, a cloister that is located next to the Duomo di Amalfi. The cloister is known for its beautiful gardens and its peaceful atmosphere. 
  4. Taking a boat trip to the nearby islands of Capri and Ischia. 
  5. Enjoying the delicious food and wine that Amalfi has to offer. 


The best time to visit Amalfi town is during the shoulder seasons of spring and fall, when the weather is mild and there are fewer crowds.
