London Travel—Visiting Big Ben

London attractions covered in this article include:
  • Big Ben ⭐
    • Is the nickname for the Great Bell of the Great Clock of Westminster, at the north end of the Palace of Westminster
    • When completed in 1859, its clock was the largest and most accurate four-faced striking and chiming clock in the world.
  • House of Parliament
    • Is the Palace of Westminster, the meeting place of the House of Commons and the House of Lords of the United Kingdom.
  • Westminster Abbey
    • Since 1066, it has been the location of the coronations of 39 English and British monarchs, and a burial site for 18 English, Scottish and British monarchs. At least 16 royal weddings have occurred at the abbey since 1100.
