England Travel—Visiting the Birthplace of Shakespeare

O Noble Fool! A Worthy Fool! statue honoring William Shakespeare play "As You Like It"

Stratford-upon-Avon ⭐, developed along the banks of the River Avon, is the 16th-century birthplace of William Shakespeare. It's a medieval market town in England’s West Midlands and  only two hours from London by train, making it a good option for a day trip from the city.

The below photos were taken on 12/28/2022, a cold rainy day.  That day I walked from Shakespeare's Birthplace towards Stratford Canal and River Avon along Henley St. and Bridge St.  But, I didn't visit Shakespeare's Birthplace (writer's childhood home).
